On March 20, we received a notice that a Φ 273-time high-pressure natural gas pipeline needed to be relocated to a safe range due to the government's planned construction of a sewage treatment plant, which was under pressure with the planned construction. As the equipment of downstream enterprises needed normal ventilation, Jinshiwan was entrusted to use non-stop transmission and plugging technology to relocate the pipeline.
Project manager Liu Hui and team leader Li Chao immediately worked out the construction plan. After comprehensive consideration, it is planned to use the four-seal non-stop plugging process to complete the line change and change project, and carry out personnel training, safety disclosure and technical disclosure.
