The Jinghui oil pipeline was completed and put into operation in September 2003, starting from the first station in Jing'an and finally at the end of Hui'an Fort. The total length of the pipeline is 216.65km, the operating pressure is 0.7 -3.5MPa, the ф diameter is 377mm, and the pipeline material is X52 as the main conveying medium for purified oil.
The redirection pipe section is located in Anbian Town, Dingbian County, Shaanxi Province. This redirection will relocate the high-consequence section with relatively dense residents. The starting point of the redirection pipe section is 550 meters (elevation 1399) of 78# pile of Jinghui Pipeline. The pipeline is connected to the original pipeline at 670 meters (elevation 1445) of 84# pile of Anbian Town to the south. The welded pipeline specification is L360-Φ377x9 and the pipeline length is 5.6km, use pressure plugging technology to plug and reroute Jinghui pipeline!
