This project is located in Yanshan County, Cangzhou City. It is a thousand-year-old county with a long history. It is known as the hometown of thousands of children and the first hometown of overseas Chinese in Chinese history. It is known as "Phoenix City.
Project situation: in order to make the spatial layout of the county tend to be reasonable, due to the east extension of yingbin road in yanshan occupying the current sub-high pressure gas pipeline a, the gas pipeline between cangle highway and G205 national highway needs to be abandoned and moved to the central green belt of yingbin road. The starting point of this design renovation is the current secondary high pressure A gas pipeline on the east side of Cangle Highway, and the renovation end point is the current secondary high pressure A gas pipeline on the east side of G205 National Highway. The measured length of the pipeline is 2340m, and the pipeline adopts D219.1 × 6L245N (PSL2) seamless steel pipe.
Site Investigation
In January 2023, Jinshiwan, together with the gas company, the transportation bureau, the surveying and mapping company and the design institute, conducted a detailed site survey and formulated a construction plan. After many times of information communication, the final design blueprint was formed.
On September 27, 2023, government leaders came to the scene to instruct the work. The central idea is to ensure that Yingbin Road will be opened to traffic before the year, overcome difficulties during the National Day, and the Jinshiwan team will enter the site for construction during the festival.
After receiving the notice, Jinshiwan Company, under the instructions of Li Zong and Zhang Zong, quickly set up the Yanshan Yingbin Road Relocation Project Department. According to the characteristics of the project, manager Sun Jiaran of Jinshiwan formulated the project objectives: "to seize the progress, to ensure the construction period, to control the volume and to keep the safety". The project department made every effort to organize capable forces for the company, entered the construction site on the 28th, officially started fire and welding during the national day on October 1, and completed the welding of the first 600 m pipe section in a total of 4 days by October 4, which was praised by the government leaders and the gas company.
