Project overview:
Due to the river reconstruction of Xingfu River and Liusha River in Zhoukou, the river will be dug down to an elevation of about 42.12 meters after the reconstruction, and the part of the line located in the river will be exposed at the bottom of the river.
In view of this situation, Zhoukou city natural gas co., ltd. decided to rerouted the gas pipelines in this part of the river to meet the requirements of river reconstruction. the new and old pipelines are required to adopt the technology of eight seals and eight blocks without pressure. The total length of the diversion of the two rivers is about 384 meters.

On April 20, 2020, the company's project manager drove 600 kilometers to the construction site in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, and formulated the construction plan. The project will be officially started on May 6. As the terrain of the area through which the project passes is mainly rivers with large topographic relief, the pipeline construction along the line will be carried out by means of mechanized flow operation of assembly and welding under the ditch.

After 20 days of fighting, the two rivers, 384 meters of pipeline welding, anti-corrosion joint coating, pipeline trench, pipeline pressure test, pigging and drying, and trench backfilling, etc. All for the final link, and the most important one, that is, blocking the hot work.
