Pressure plugging operation has a certain risk, in the daily operation of the construction process must be carried out safety education, mainly in the operation of the following three points:
(1) If the pressure in the equipment and pipeline is too high or unstable, the sealant cannot be effectively condensed and solidified during the glue injection, filling, and top pressure process, which basically means that the pressure plugging fails.
(2) When making fixtures, if the material selected is improper, or the closed cavity cannot effectively shunt and partial pressure, resulting in insufficient strength of the closed cavity and sudden rise of internal pressure, there is a risk that the closed cavity will burst and hurt people, so the material selection is particularly important, and the pressure measurement should be accurate.
(3) When the equipment and pipelines are inflammable and explosive media, there is a risk of splashing flow caused by changing the leakage flow when the leakage flow is blocked under pressure, and there will be a risk of flash explosion caused by static electricity.
With pressure plugging construction safety must pay attention to, protective clothing and protective measures with pressure plugging must have great benefits, construction personnel must absorb.
